Studio Fascia is a small at home boutique wellness studio with the emphasis on Fascial release whether that be hands on, using dry needles or through stretch and mobility.
The body holds a lot of physical and emotional energy that results in pain if not released. Through learning about Body Veda (knowledge), Body Awareness and Holistic Maintenance we can bring your body back into alignment and balance.

Massage.
Fascia is the tension network of the human body, or the connective tissue found between muscles and is connected like a web thoughtout the entire body.
The ultimate goal is to improve your body’s well-being by releasing your fascial system to improve your mobility to help with your function and stability. Releasing the areas which are too tight and switched off, activates the muscles so your body starts working for you.
Using a combination of intuitive touch, movement and dry needling, drawing from a vast range of tools and experience to create a completely tailored session. You will feel refreshed and re-energised with your body feeling balanced and aligned.
Fascial release helps to:

Stretch Club.
Aims to make stretching a regular part of your daily self-care routine. Providing 15min/day stretch sessions online so you can do from the comfort of home.
Stretching helps on several levels, as it:
• Improves flexibility which increases your range of motion, giving you more freedom of movement (mobility),
• Improves performance as stretching energises and encourages blood flow to muscles which helps with recovery, reducing stiffness and soreness,
• Improves posture by lengthen tight muscles, that pull parts of the body out of their intended positions,
• Relives stress - promotes PNS/rest & digest/relaxation by decreasing muscle tension and calms your heart rate and regulates your breathing.
